En estos inmensos cuerpos leñosos se esconden las pequeñas serpientes Bocaracas que mágicamente nos hipnotizaran con sus tres tonos coloridos. Con su resplandor la única mariposa Morpho, la más conocido por nuestros indígenas Bribrís como el espíritu del bosque. Sendero adentro conocernos un santuario de ranas Dardo Venenoso y más 7 especies distintas entre ellas, la Rana Punta de Flecha Rayada y la Rana Roja son algunas de las especies que atraerán su atención.

We invite you to a walk into the depths of the jungle; where you can live a spectacular experience, you will meet ancient trees, which are considered the kings of the Caribbean jungle, their beautiful giant trunks harbor and maintain wildlife. It is due to their fruits, they are visited by the most wonderful Birds in the Refuge such as toucans, golden oriole and much more. Other animals that are feed by these fruits are agoutis, Lowland Paca and collared peccary.

In these immense woody bodies, you can also see the small Bocaracá snakes that magically hypnotize us with its three colorful tones. Insects such as the unique Morpho butterfly, with its blazing lights, the most known and catalogued as the spirit of the forest by our indigenous Bribrís Path inside you can see a Frog Sanctuary known as Poison dart. Here you can find 7 different frog species including the yellow-banded poison dart frog and the strawberry poison-dart frog.
